My tree has just arrived and I LOVE IT. I have been looking for one for months off the internet and in stores but never could find one that looked authentic or had more than a few sparse branches. The ones on the internet were sold in small plastic terrocotta pots and if I wanted them potting in a display container it would almost double the price. To be honest, for the additional amount that you charged for the pot I did not expect much but my goodness it is perfect. It looks like the real thing. Sorry for gushing but it has far exceeded my expectations. Also a few of the leaf stems had fallen loose so I have put them on spare plugs on the branches at the front. I will certainly recommend you to anyone who will listen, my work colleagues have been hearing about the saga of my search for months. Again, THANK YOU so much.Lorraine Sanderson

As requested, this is just to let you know my order arrived earlier this morning. Had an email from the courier with tracking info. almost as soon as the box must have left you, which was helpful. I'm very pleased with the trees and the ivy, and I'm off to B&Q shortly to get "potting supplies". The trees in particular are very realistic, and I've no doubt they will solve my problem of "real" trees outgrowing the pots either side of my front door, or suffering from too much/not enough watering for various reasons. I do particularly like the fact that they come unpotted, as this will allow me to place them a bit off centre, as I did want to incorporate some real, seasonal planting at the base of the trunk, whichI can to more easily this way. So, even better than I'd originally thought! Thank you very much for your very fast, friendly and helpful service.

The Yucca looks excellent 'planted' out in the shrubbery - probably one of
the best looking plants we have, since all the frost we had in winter -

I have never seen any silk ones for sale!! The weather has held up the postal deliveries here, so I'm pleased

Just to let you know my plants have arrived safely and in good condition.
Given the weather conditions I did not expect them for a few days but the
couriers tried to deliver on Tuesday, but as we both work all day there was
no one in. I phoned them at 5pm and gave them authority to leave in our
store cupboard near the front door.When I came home tonight there they were
all ready for me to take in.
I have unpacked all 3 and I feel sure that when they go into my Bird Aviary
at the weekend they will really look good, the birds will have new areas to
explore.

Excellent service from the Courier who 'phoned last night wanting to deliver after 7.30pm as they were concerned that the plants might be deteriorating!! but we were going to be out so they said they would 'phone first thing this morning to arrange a time which they duly did.
We thought long and hard about spending what to us was quite a lot of money on these items but I cannot express how pleased we are with their quality. We think they will look fantastic either side of our porch. Hope that others do not take too much of a fancy to them and remove them!

Thank you so much for your informative and interesting Email. I photocopied it and as we had to go to Ipswich Hospital today, took it round to David, who lives quite near there.
However, the courier had beaten us to it and already delivered the trees. What an excellent service. David was very pleased with them, but we couldn't really see them in all their glory, as they still had their plastic wrappers on. I'm sure they're going to look lovely.
Sorry this is so late - you probably won't get it until Monday now. By the time we'd got back to Needham Market and had something to eat, etc., we were both exhausted (old age!).
It's been a very pleasant experience doing business with you. Are you a family firm? I think we might be back again one day.

Hi Angela Thanks once again - I received my order this morning - once again great service and product. I have quite a large patio/terrace and its looking really good with my artificial plants and hanging baskets - suppose its cheating! buts it looks a lot better than in the summer when everthing real I bought died!! so I think Ill stick to artificial!! cant tell the difference anyway - only that they look alive! My Bay Trees have just been delivered in perfect condition and I am delighted with them.

Just a wee note to let you know that I received my bay trees at 12 noon
today. They are lovely and so realistic.
I'm just popping to the local garden centre to buy a couple of containers
for them so they will grace my front door this evening fully dressed with some
white fairy lights etc.

My trees arrived yesterday and I am very pleased with them, I ordered some
battery light to go on them and they arrived today . So that just leaves the
pots to do tomorrow and then I will be all ready for the wedding that I have
booked for the 29 th December I cannot wait to see them finished.
