Ordering
There are two ways in which you can buy our products a) by following the easy to use website or b) by telephoning us on 0800 026 66 53 where a friendly member of staff will talk you through your requirement and handle your purchase for you.
Delivery & Dispatch
Assuming that your goods are in stock, they will be dispatched within 24 hours of you placing and paying for your order. They will be delivered either by courier or Royal Mail dependant on the size and weight of your parcel. In most cases this will happen within 2-3 working days.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your product or your product is faulty or damaged, you can return the goods to us for a full refund. please see terms & conditions for more information regarding this.
